Description
BU Overview
The primary objective of the Personal Investments (PI) team is to enable the PI business in the US, while working with our IT business partners in the US in a well-integrated way. Over the past 6 years the PI team has developed technical expertise on various functions of personal investments and strategic investment product and data. PI team strives to achieve technical excellence in each of these functions and help the PI business accomplish its long term objectives.
Role Description:
The identified candidate will be part of FMR India Technology Service PI business unit. In this business unit, the person will primarily be responsible for system analysis activities. Responsibilities:
Lead discussions between the development and business teams
Identify, verify and document requirements (business, functional and technical), stories, use cases, business flows and acceptance criteria to support development of technology and/or business-driven technology solutions
Support the project manager with project planning, status, estimates and budget control
Support the team through the Agile project lifecycle including requirements, development, testing/quality assurance and production release
Participates in research to identify and recommend effective solutions design and alternate options
Evaluates design of new and existing systems to judge their functionality, effectiveness, reliability, performance, usage, maintainability and cost of ownership
Hands on configuration of the content management system and interface (i.e. setting up schemas, component templates, page templates, etc in SDL Tridion)
Develop systems documentation and end user editorial training guides
Assist in the preparation and execution of developer integration tests
Mentors junior system analysts
Recommends best practices and departmental standards
Candidate Description
Knowledge of SDL Tridion CMS and blueprinting is required
Can analyse content or application requirements for web/mobile applications on SDL Tridion
Strong understanding of project lifecycle; Agile experience a plus
Information Technology knowledge and programming skills
Web or Mobile project experience required
Behavioural attributes

Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
Ability to recognize the sense of urgency of issues, risk associated with these issues, and work to be completed

Qualifications
Bachelors or any equivalent degree
3 - 4 years of experience.
